I picked up a bottle of this Chanel Graphite nail polish today.

And I love it! Sometimes buying a lipstick or a nail polish is all you need...

Summer lovin'

The thing I love about Summer is the care free atmosphere it creates. Foundation is replaced with a good quality moistriser & days are spent laying around the beach, listening to music & enjoying time with friends. 

Summer go-to list:

1. A good pair of versatile shorts
2. A fantastic bikini (can't go wrong with bright colours or a classic white or black)
3. Sandals!
4. Sunglasses

Doing mostly all my Christmas shopping online & finding some amazing winter clothing 

(case and point the stripy oversized cardigan)! 

The worst thing about online shopping from the US is the difference in seasons, instead of being excited for summer, I'm looking at fur coats and boots!

I love these boots by Elizabeth & James, I would buy them if it wasn't summer in one week!

Nail envy

Deborah Lippman has made the most beautiful looking nail polishes that it has convinced 

me to try sparkly nail polish, something I usually loathe...

And apparently unlike many Chanel nail polishes, they are fairly chip resistant too.

Possibly the best thing anyone can do to their eyes!

Usually I find I do one eye perfectly and the other one doesn't compare, but 

I've stumbled across a video that will make it easy and perfect!...Well lets hope! Watch it here.

Five stars for dry shampoo

The best! Just a few sprays and a bit of a comb and hair looks freshly washed (minus the flatness).

I use Batiste original, great on light hair apparently & I can confirm its great on very dark hair too

Pretty things

What woman doesn't love pretty lingerie? I purchased the cutest little teddy for bed & my next purchase is going to be a bralette. My fear is it won't look any good under clothes & remain a useless part of my wardrobe that only looks good hanging up - don't you hate those items?

I don't think it's just me, these clothes are just beautiful and I want every single piece in my wardrobe,

especially the beautiful embellished skirt from Zara and the first dress.
